Pilates with Props - All About Abs

For sleek, strong and flexible core muscles check this out! We use balls and bands to target abs and other hard to reach muscle groups. By the end of the session you will be familiar with this peppy and easy to learn workout making this a great addition to your existing fitness routine...( P.S. the best part about using props is fun!)
