WORKSHOPS & CAMPSHatha Flow I
This class suitable for beginners and continuing students who want a strong workout. We begin with a standing pose flow to turn up the heat.
We keep up the challenge with a series of mostly standing and balancing postures, finally moving into seated stretches, twists and basic floor work. Flow turns up the heat... static and longer held poses stretch, strengthen and challenge.
Hatha Flow II
Take your practice deeper. This class turns up the heat with a standing pose flow to start. Creating a slow burn we move into more challenging poses and longer holdings focusing on alignment and breath to challenge the body, stamina and mind.
Every class is different, designed to surprise and wake up your muscles and cells on every level. These poses done mindfully help you take the lessons of strength, balance and equanimity off the mat and into your everyday life.
