This workshop combines pilates, yoga and strength training designed to create strong, flexible balanced muscles resulting in:
• a more relaxed, fluid and powerful swing
• greater club head speed
• longer drives
• less chance of injury in shoulders, lower back and hips
• increased comfort in the body
• increased power, concentration and control

Concentrate on precise movement patterns strengthening the mind’ s ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

This a 6 week workshop offered for 1 hour per week for 6 weeks
