Our Philosophy
All classes are taught in a lighthearted style, with gentle attention to the breath and present moment awareness. You will find these gentle mindfulness techniques transferring to your daily life, resulting in more joy and less stress which can last long after you leave class.
We encourage a sense of community... in our yoga classes for the individual, in the sense of your body as a whole with each part of the body mind in communication… and in the larger sense of being part of a world community
